BSOD's and crashes related to ntoskrnl.exe

Hello guys!
I need your help
I bought a second-hand PC (not from a store, from a friend of mine) and ever since the computer got to my home things got out of control. Every application/game crashes or eventually the computer itself gives me BSOD after short time of using.
This seems strange for me since i used that PC at my friend's house many times and it worked perfectly!

All the BSOD's are related to ntoskrnl.exe, link to the minidump files can be found here.

Here's the list of things i tried to help that:
- Reinstalling Windows (many times, many versions including Win7, Win8, Win10)
- Updating drivers
- Deleting leftover drivers
- Scanning computer for viruses
- Bought a brand-new motherboard, RAM and HDD (nothing changed after swapping hardware)
- sfc /scannow
- Leaving only one RAM stick in the slot
- Trying different headsets/keyboards/mouses
- Loading deafult BIOS settings

My PC specs:
- MB: ASUS H61M-K
- RAM: 4GB
- CPU: Intel Core i3-3220
- GPU: MSI Geforce GT730
- OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Does anyone have an idea what can be the problem here & how to fix it?
Any help would be much appreciated! Also I'm not a native english speaker so if there is anything you want me to clarify - I'll do it

A few more specs would be handy too System Info - See Your System Specs

The other thing that I would like to know is the OS - is it a retail copy or an OEM copy because an OEM copy COA is tied to the original board and unless Microsoft via a phone call from you to explain what you have done that code will not be recognised as a genuine copy by the Microsoft people, usually they are quite obliging if you explain the original board has died and you have a new replacement one but they will not let you use the same code on more than three boards should the second one die.

What I don't get is why you have tried 7 8 and 10??

I don't know what copy of OS is that - a technician that replaced my hardware pre-installed it, and right now i have no contact with him, so can't ask him. I guess he installed cracked version of Windows, since he didn't charge me for buying new OS.

I tried Windows 7,8,10 to see if it's the OS itself that's making this problem, unfortunately my problem happened on every OS i installed so far.

Ok got the dumps now and I am not sure of what one of them is - there are problem devices in msinfo32 but I don't know what they are because I cannot read ?Polish.

This is telling me at least it is not an original version of Windows because it should read at very least 7601 which means that it contains Service Pack 1 which takes me onto to what you said about the technician if indeed he was a technician then he has sold you a cracked version. J

Just for my info is there a Microsoft sticker on the case? see pic for what one would look like if there. Now because you have installed anew motherboard in all probability will mean even if you find the sticker it was for the board you replaced and so you may have to buy another copy of Windows

The other thing that I find a bit disturbing is that you have a Toshiba drive in the machine and I for one am not a great fan of their drives who is to know where that person got the drive from - so a few problems to overcome my friend .

While you look around for that sticker I might ask someone who is far better at this than me when it comes to non genuine copies of Windows.

Hi Kari,

You should have a label on the comp showing the originally installed system version with a back up code, if its an OEM, which is what it is reporting as

also from the logs

So at the moment its not updating.
This motherboard was sold 8.1 EUFI ready.

Yes post a pic but blot out some of the code usually the first three sets of alpha numerics with asterisks it is not wise to send a pic of it with the entire code.

Now as Roy has said it was originally an 8 machine so I was right thinking that techie was selling you something not quite right.

Now you can get and ISO for 8 and install it using that code if Microsoft agree to let you do that you need to phone them say the board died and could you use that code again they are usually pretty helpful as a rule. How you get to 7 is another thing apart from buying a key or an OEM I cannot think of any other way

Guys the sticker is for Win7, it's probably for the older motherboard that was in before i got a new one.
So the problem would be solved if i bought myself a new OEM Windows?

Well my friend I think you have been had over I could be very wrong but all the time I have never owned a Toshiba desktop all mine have been laptops. So at a rough guess I would be not suprised if that sticker has been peeled off a laptop and put on your machine I am saying that because the sticker does look very old and showing signs of tearing due to being peeled off a surface.

Your best option is to buy another OEM I'm afraid. Now before you go ahead and install an OEM on your new board (the code will be tied to that board forever) and the drive you really should make sure it is really clean / wiped and that is best done using DISKPART and for that you will need to ask a friend or relative to run that process on their machine because it needs Windows running to do it. You can hook up your drive to the other machine sing a USB to SATA adaptor or temporarily connect the drive into the other machine. If you do put the drive into the other machine using DISKPART make sure it is your drive that is going to be cleaned.
I am only telling you this because you have tried so many installs now I would hate to hear that the install of the OEM had gone south for the simple process of making sure it was completely clean. This is the tutorial for cleaning the drive

The pic is of the USB to SATA adaptor - cheap enough to buy and always very handy for future use.

I am so sorry that you have been had like this and one can only hope that for that techie what goes around comes around

So there is nothing I can do to fix that? I was hoping the dump files would give any tips on how to fix that... Is buying OEM is the only solution?

Well from what Roy has said about it being an 8 machine to start with and that dodgy sticker and the fact that you have tried all those OS's it doesn't look good.

The dump file you mentioned - ntoskrnl.exe is a very common dump and it can take a lot of tracking down but in essence unless I am terribly wrong it means that the OS is not loading properly because it cannot access the various parts of the machine for a number of reasons see this ntoskrnl.exe - Wikipedia

Look I think that for all the grief of trying to get it going (which I don't think it will) buying an OEM and doing what I said with the drive will save so much time and energy and frayed nerves as well.

No problems and I am sorry it turned out this way that techie was unfriendly to say the least to what has been done to your machine.
