Frequent Crashes related to Graphic, Software or Hardware issue?

From the first thread I wrote in maintenance section, and found out that the culprit of the crashes is either the GPU or the Driver associate with it, is this a sign that the GPU is dying? Or it was driver related issue? Any advice's acceptable.

To make it clear, it cause the crash/freeze on idle, constant crash on startup and mid-boot.

Im intruiged, that laptop from what i can find is an entry level version.

I would not expect it to be running Ultimate.
your specs are showing Ram as ddr2, cant find any with that

Can you look at Control Panel >> System what is it showing under Available RAM.

If its showing as <<<< 4, then it will cause problem even if you have 12gb installed
(Ultimate accepts that, but the motherboard might have a restriction, or because of missmatched ram)
run hwinfo--- Free Download HWiNFO Sofware | Installer & Portable for Windows, DOS

I'm Sorry, i must've misremember the RAM's information, i'll get it updated soon (it was a DDR3, not DDR2, Silly Me)

Also, despite the fact that i use Ultimate, it still stays stable with me for 6 years straight (well, until last couple of weeks ago, that is) also, for your question, it's show 12 Gb (11.2 Gb Usable) so nothing's wrong on that front.
