Hello and greetings.I've been reading this forum for years and always have been very helpful,but now a can't find the solution by myself.

Details are included in the CBS.Log.....".
Read How do you fix corrupted files found by SFC /SCANNOW? thread and removed the KB updates that i've got,but still no success.
Running "sfc" and "chkdsk" commands for a day now with no luck.I'm trying with the Win 7 x 64 Ultimate Repair disc i burned months ago,but no luck either.Got a clean format and install a week back on C: and slowly starting to build it the way it was,but this really worries me.I've download this "System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821)" from MS(read about it in the forum),but didn't run it yet.
Could someone competent,please,see my file and tell me what to do?

There are a considerable number of problem files there - many of them appear to be text files from the basic install - have you run some sort of 'cleaning program' to get rid of .txt tiles?

Please run KB947821 and post the resulting file:
The tool can take anywhere from 5 mins to a couple of hours to run (or 'Install') depending on how much it has to do, and may exit silently - it may appear to freeze for most of that time, but be patient.
The result is logged in the C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log file - and an archive …\checksur.persist.log file

There are a couple of errors there - one of which it fixed already.
We will have to fix the other before we move on to doing another SFC scan, and fixing what that finds.

I've uploaded a file - d17aa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder d17aa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be one folders inside it (Manifests)

Copy the content of the Manifests folder (.manifest files) into this folder:

C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

The run SFC /SCANNOW again, and post the complete CBS.log file (you'll have to copy it to the desktop, then compress it to be able to upload it)

Good - the CheckSUR replacement worked properly.
That leaves us with a large number of files got get back where they belong.

It'll take me a while to get them sorted out - post back in two days if I haven't got back to you. ;)
