How virtualize Aero Visual Theme on VirtualBox

I can confirm that this does work on VirtualBox as I did try it a couple years ago and had no issues. However, I tend not to bother using Aero in my VMs now, as I like to keep them streamlined as much as possible so I don't need to allocate too much RAM/Video Memory when running more than one. I usually just stick with the basic Windows theme for VMs.
