Is it me or is there something wrong with my laptop?

So last night, I went to my laptop to wake it up from about 4 hours of sleep to check something. The screen would normally start up and take me to the login screen. The screen turned on, but it was just a black screen, and after 2-3 minutes, it crashes and restarts. It gives me the choices for me to boot in Safe Mode or Normal Mode. I went for normal mode, and it gets to the logo, it hangs on for 3-5 minutes, and crashes. It restarts again, it gives me options for Windows Repair and Normal Mode, and I went for Windows Repair. It loads for a couple seconds, and hangs on to a black screen. 3 minutes later, it goes to the welcome screen, but it's only the background and the cursor. I waited a while, thinking that something would pop up, and nothing happened. I have a Dell Latitude E6410, and I had it since Christmas 2016. My indicator was flickering and not lit up like normal. It's either that or a Windows file was misconfigured, preventing my laptop from booting up like normal. If anyone has a solution to this type of problem I would really appreciate it. :)

Often times when you use sleep or hibernation mode things go to hell. So I don't recommend you use those options and rather just shut down the computer.

To fix the issue you may need to try a repair install. Read about that here: Repair Install

Not sure if you can do that via Safe Mode or not. Because at this point that may be your only viable option. I have did a repair install by booting the Windows disk and choosing the upgrade option. But it's been years since I did that.

Repair install must be done from running Windows. If you can't run Windows, you can't do a Repair install.

Did you try to boot in Safe mode?
Do you have a Win 7 installation disk?

I don't think so, because I did a repair install of sorts with booting the CD and I think I used the upgrade option.
