XP mode in 7

New at 7, really liked XP. Had a crash, did a clean install of 7. Downloaded the XP mode files but now can't find a way
to start it.
Any help will be appreciated. Keep it simple for an old man.

What version of Windows 7 do you have?

Did you install Windows Virtual PC along with XP mode?

Have you seen the tutorial for setting it up? Try following that step by step.
