I run an OVPN server on a raspberrypi. Connectingt to it is done with the official client OpenVPN Connect. This setup works flawlessly with my mobile, my tablet, my Win10 laptop. Only with my Samsung Netbook NC-210 and win7 Ultimate 32bit I cannot establish a VPN tunnel. Whenever I try to connect to my OVPN Server the client hangs after some seconds.
I googled around without success. The OVPN Website seems pretty much orientated towards paying costumers for their service and their forum offered no clue either.
Can it be that my other VPN client (Proton VPN) for a paid service interferes? I also have installed FRITZ!Fernzugang to access my home-network from the outside world. It is to be said that exactly the same config works well with my win10 laptop.
Does it make sense to post the log of the OVPN Connect? I will attch it.
Thanks for reading and your kind assistance,
Peter
