Slow boot and other issues on modern hardware

Okay, I tried a clean boot but it didn't help, still booted just as slowly as always. Could it have anything to do with the BIOS settings? I noticed my motherboard apparently doesn't have an option to enable CSM, only fast boot which is disabled already. Windows 7 still boots though, it just takes an insane amount of time when looking at the specs.

Ah sorry, I missed that. I followed the steps now and traced the boot and it gave me an .xml file in C:\Temp. What should I do now?

You may need to change the .xml to .xml.txt

Cookies are my only comfort about this whole situation, and no it's not a new problem, I've had the problem ever since I got a new PC, before that Windows 7 was booting in like 8 seconds, now it takes like 30 seconds to 2 minutes. I've tried 3 different hard drives as well, it's really weird.
