Ha, I have an email from you Mitja about an earlier problem and so am glad to have your presence here! My issue with FileCenter is hard to describe, but I will reinstall 0patch again this week and work with you via [email protected] to try to resolve it.
maxseven,
Haven't posted here in awhile, but wanted to talk about 0patch and my experiences since last we talked about it. I never did resolve my issues with Qsel.exe and so fixed that issue the old-fashioned way. I replaced Qsel with PStart, another loader program that works well enough.
As for 0patch.... it has been quietly running in my system tray where it tells me everything is OK.... have been monitoring sites talking about MS updates but haven't seen anything of note (yet). So I am inclined to just let 0patch work away.... it does not appear to have mucked up my Windows 7 Ultimate laptop and as I cannot update this laptop to Windows 10 (hardware issues), I will continue to use it until such time as I am forced to upgrade hardware and software.
