Install Windows 7 on Dell Optiplex 3060

I am attempting to install Windows 7 on a Dell OptiPlex 3060 and am running into driver issues with video and ethernet

The dell website no longer provides any Windows 7 drivers and after searching online I am as yet unable to find any driver packages fro the 3060 model.

Might anyone be able to point me to the Windows 7 capable drivers for this model?

What is the exact 7-character "service tag" number on your Dell OptiPlex 3060?

Are you its original owner, and does it have all of its original hardware?
