ati radeon hd 4330 not support at window 7?

Now i am using window 7 ultimate!!
Is tat my grafic card not support for window 7..
my grafic card got state tat only work on net framework 2.0
N in window 7 already include net framework 3.5.1
but still my VGA cant use?/?

the error message is
This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Another is I need use the software Ansis 12.0
Is aslo got problems at net framework 2.0
the system said that turn on or off the feauture??

I need someone help to solve it!!
