Name this weather Gadget

Guys, i just reformatted and switched from Win 7 32bit to 64bit...

i had a weather gadget that i thought was just the stock one on my desktop, it looked JUST like this one in this link

for the life of me i cant find it under this new install, can anyone help me locate it? a link, a name? anything?

That looks like the stock one in the expanded mode, the little arrow on the right side should toggle it to that.
