I got double charged for my back up disks. Once during the initial order, and then it showed up again once the disks actually shipped. Anyone else have this issue? I'd double check if you haven't.
I don't know who you ordered from, but I used the Microsoft Store. They didn't charge at the initial order, because that was months before they actually shipped it. I would contact the vender that you used to get a refund of one of the charges.

Hi SMQ08! Welcome to SevenForums! I suggest you do as SeekerMeister suggested and contact them. I think you should also check if you have any proof like a bank receipt or something that shows they double charged you.

It was that Win741 student deal. I think it went through Digital River or something.
30 dollars + 14 for back up disks = 46ish on my card with taxes and such. Then this morning 14 more appeared on my card since the disks shipped.
I put in a customer service request with them, I just wanted to tell other people who used this method to double check and make sure it didn't happen to them too!
