I know this isnt the answer you are looking for but the best on is the cpanel add/remove programs. Any other can and will leave fragments behind. It may work or may not. Why di you think you need a different one?

I am experimenting with Revo Uninstaller and it seems to be OK.

By default, it simply runs the program's uninstall routine, as would be done from add/remove programs.

After that finishes, there are options to dig into the registry in 3 separate stages: deep, deeper, and deepest.

You can go to these 3 steps if you want to, individually, or go no farther than add/remove programs would have done.

I have used it 3 or 4 times. Each time, the default step did in fact leave registry entries behind, but going through the additional three steps removed them.

So far so good, YMMV, etc.

I swear by Revo, i think it's a good tool.
It creates a restore point automatically each uninstall, cleans up junk files, obsolete reg keys etc.

For those who don't understand Revo,. here's how it works.

It first creates a restore point
Then it runs the programs regular Uninstaller
Then it searches for leftover file and registry entries.

Your unninstaller while it lasts...

Revo is a little bloated(my opinion)

But its a good replacement.

I have used this one for years and it is my favorite, Uninstall Tool. Differentiates
between X86 and 64bit programs, option to force removal, option to clean left
over registry fragments and keys.

It's not free, but I feel it's worth the$$$
