Inserting ordering information??

On my old computer,winXP there was a feature that when I was ordering parts on-line I could click a tab and it would automatically enter all the necessary information. Don't know if this was part of XP or a plug-in from some other source.
Does win 7 have a similar feature ???

Sounds like Google Toolbar to me. Google it? lol
