For the last 2 days I have been getting random BSOD. They occur anytime from the second my computer finishes booting to 20 minutes later. there have been a couple different messages but I assume they all relate to one problem. pasting "most recent" as well as about the last 6 log files.

So far I have tried system restores, the windows memory checker, scandisks, Under-clocking cpu/gpu (which btw are displaying as very cool). I am lost on where and what to try next.

Oh and this computer is one month old but has been good till 2 days ago.

Could be a lot of things (hard drive, file system, network, video).
I'd start with these diagnostics:
H/W Diagnostics:
Please start by running these hardware diagnostics:
Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)
HD Diagnostic (read the details at the link)

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: Malware (read the details at the link)

If the tests pass, post back and we'll run another test to see if we can force the bugger out in the open.
