Internet TV and XM radio

I'm a little mistified. I can't figure out why I can't find/get:

1) The Internet TV option
-and-
2) xmradio option

In my Windows 7 MC (32-bit).

I am in Canada, and had MSNBC and xmradio working just fine on VISTA before I upgraded

I've searched high and low and no one seems to have an answer.. sigh

Things I have tried:
1) These options are not in my extras..
2) I have successfully "updated" 7MC from the Settings -> General -> Automatic Download.

Re-run WMC setup from the beginning. Also, what is your connection speed? A broadband connection is required.

I have a 10MB connection, so that can't be the problem (it worked fine on my old Vista). I reran the WMC setup, and that hasn't seem to have changed/fixed anything

Nope, neighbor to the North....which shouldn't matter since I had both of these working on Vista

huh what assumption? as per my initial post I had MSNBC and XMRADIO working in Vista Media Player (vista 64bit) on the exact same PC before I upgraded to win7 64bit.. they were there right "out of the box", ie: directly after installation. So what supporting information do I need to provide? :huh:

Now on 7MC I don't see any of these options no matter what I try.. Frustrating a wee bit, but not the biggest deal.

Oh!, no clue! Just an assumption I guess only because it worked on Vista.. Be sad if I can't access it because of that. ..and yet before I could..

I have a US VPN .. I guess I could try that to see if it helps.. I'll keep ya posted.

Yup, that's pretty empty, 2 music channels and 10 games that are on my system... yay Hearts!

I am just testing a possible fix, and will reply back soon.. it's taking a loooog time to update 7MC this time, so maybe it's working this time!!! I will explain what "cheat" I did to get it to work after the update finishes..

Well as per task manager that update took like 10mins of solid activity in 7MC.. but still no go
I changed my Location to USA, I added a zip code, Changed the language to English US, and connected to my US VPN. I then reran setup, and then downloaded the updates.. I thought I had it because 7MC was updating quite a bit.. however, Internet TV still not there.. extras is next to empty as per usual.. sigh..

Your ISP is still, of course, in Canada, no?

Shouldn't matter ...should it?, since my US VPN allows me access to Hulu and abc.com..etc.. my ip comes up from Los Angeles..
