how to turn on aero effect on unsupported graphic card

If you can't get the aero troubleshooter to enable aero I don't think you will be able to get aero effects. You'll find the troubleshooter in the control panel.

YEAH..for sure my graphic card doesnt support aero effect..just want to know if there is some hack or trick that can make my grphc card can enable aero effect,if it really exist

Nah, i haven't tried it as i don't need it... as always though be careful, look through the comments. for some it worked for others it didn't.

I have an intel 915GM onboard gfx on my Dell D510 laptop and that hack didn't work for me.

Easy way is to get a Geforce 6200 either PCI or AGP will work if you have either slot. Only requires a 250watt PSU. Ebay has them for 45 bucks. Then you need to use the Geforce 96.85 drivers. There is no way any hack will allow the mx440 to have aero. I'm using this set up on my old Compaq P4 1.7GHz system and aero works fine.
