It was impressive at the time. I still think its a good game.
You had to think when playing it, which is a good thing.

Was a great game for it's time. If I remember correctly, I had just built a brand spanking new 486 DX4/100 (special breed) and bought a new Optiquest 15", was awesome.
Also I think 7th guest was the first PC game ever on CD-ROM.
Those were the good ol days.
