Been to the library and walked the dog so far today.

Today is the same as any other work day. Dropped the kiddo off at day care, drove to work and well here I am.

woke up in the middle of the night with a horrid headache, i blame it on a bad apple. went back to bed, woke up this morning feeling better. watching regis and kelly now, except regis isn't on the screen, it's the other guy that fills in often.

Actually, after re-watching a lot of shows I loved as a kid, I never realized how much innuendo was interspersed throughout the dialogue. Not to mention all the drug references...

yeah like on tom and jerry, tom died and to get into heaven he had to get jerry to sign a paper, instead jerry tore it up and flicked his fingers off his chin... the gesture means "go to hell" i thought it was hilarious

Could not understand what you mean, Jim, until got an idea and translated that Swedish not in my head but in Google

It does not mean F.B. when said in Swedish. We Finns and Swedes have a long history together, actually Finland was part of Kingdom of Sweden until 1809. I guess you could compare our relations to relation between the Noble people of the Republic of Eire and UK.

In Finnish jokes it's always a Swede who's a bit slow to understand and does everything wrong, and we have the same role in Swedish jokes.

The F.B. word can be insulting, when a Swede says it. When a Finn admits to be an F.B., it's more to say I allow Swedes to tell jokes about me, us, without feeling offended.

How could I feel offended when they just feel frustrated because of their inferiority. In three weeks time we are going to beat them, once again, in Winter Olympics Ice-Hockey in Vancouver!
