New User - random hard crashes on windows 7 32bit?

Hey guys, to be honest, i just made an account here to look for assistance.

Anyway, since getting this new computer, I'm experiencing random hard crashes, freezing the entire system, (even ctrl+alt+del) forcing me to press the reset button.

Can anyone help me shed even a bit of light on this? If any info is needed, i'll give it.
