You are that tired you are wired, which makes sleep even harder I know the feeling and you are correct. It is not nice :(

Try to 'distract your mind' with something that you personally find relaxing. Easy to say, hard to do.

Today i got a new 750 GB Samsung 7200rpm Hard drive :D

So i've been installing the new drive, cloning the old drive, so i could boot the OS of the new drive (i used Acronis Migrate Easy), installing my DVD Drive as well, and cleaned the case.
Also assembled my media center again, and later i will be reinstalling all applications and windows 7 on my media center :)
 
Today we have been to the Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead, West Sussex. For my dad skin cancer check-up which was all clear and not worry about it until near August now. I drove 3 quarters the way home which is about 40 miles and dad drove the rest. So now I am one tired young boy, but I am about to have chocolate bar with a cup of tea.
