I have not used RivaTuner, so I dont know how to help with this, but here are some things that could help:

Make sure the card is fully seated correctly first. I have seen this a few times on this forum.

Second, please download GPU-Z GPU-Z Video card GPU Information Utility and post back with what it says for your clock speed.

Since your board has both PCI and AGP(8x) and you are running the graphics through AGP(8x), you might want to check your BIOS to make sure that the system is using the AGP slot first for graphics:

Determine your BIOS version:

In the BIOS change your Graphics settings: Step 16 : set to AGP
BIOS Tuning : BIOS from A to Z

EDIT: Be very careful when doing anything in the BIOS, and post here first if you are uncertain or dont know what to do....

Probably find that it is showing like that due to poor AGP support at the motherboard/chipset level. Also unless yours is an oddball the FX5200 never came with temperature monitoring or fan control.

You are using a card that doesn't really have any Windows 7 support, you are using the XP driver to get it to run.

Wouldn't surprise if Unwinder (the guy who wrote RivaTuner) removed support for either the card or the driver version you have installed. If you think about it him trying to keep support fort old drivers and cards like yours is somewhat counter-productive to keeping it up to date with current cards and drivers.

You really want to find out what if any support that card and driver still have the best place to ask is here,

Well, glad we could help a little.

Noskas16, you have proven the usefullness of filling in your system specs and it is appreciated.

The screenshot also says it doesn't know your bios version. You might want to go to the Biostar website and see if there is an update for your BIOS. You can find your BIOS version by going to the link in my previous post: Biostar USA

Flashing the BIOS is usually difficult and requires great care to not mess up your system so post if you find an update and need help installing it.

Also
Not recommended, but if nothing else works you might want to try some generic drivers for the same level of card. sometimes compatible drivers for a different yet similar card will work (i have done this with a 256 nvidia card before) Call nVidia to see if they have a way already to fix this isse.

You are using win7 32x so at least you dont have to find 64x drivers.....

The Biostar board probably has been updated to be compatible with Win7, the Card should be usable, but you would have to check with nVidia to see if there are any compatible drivers for it.

As for Rivatuner not covering your card...Since this is an older card it doesn't suprise me. I had win98 for a long time and still prefered it on my dinosaur than installing XP.....till nothing supported 98 :( This is the way things go.... Note I am not comparing your card to win98...I would never do such a thing

For the same reason there are no Windows 7 drivers for that card, Nvidia has dropped support for it. It is too old for them to keep adding support for it in new drivers and applications.

For most things in your system, the board is compatible and able to run win7. but certain functionality was added in Win7 that can not be accessed by the motherboard unless the motherboard is told what the functionality is. For this to happen, the board needs to be updated with information on how to use certain functions of win7. So even though win7 runs, some things that win7 can do are not doable on your motherboard.

As for supporting old hardware, I agree with Stormy on why this happens.

It would be great if all hardware was updated and compatibility issues resolved so all could be used, but it would be way to expensive, time consuming, and bloated (huge programs) to do this.

As cards age, companies look at how many are still out there and cut support for the least popular cards.
So, nVidia has cut support for this card.... I am sorry it is so, but they might have had enough complaints that if you contact them, you could get an answer to your problem.

uuugh.....really? Ok well. Sorry to hear. I thought you were using Windows 7 as that is what your system specs said. I would still say, your best bet is to contact nVidia. Ask them if there are any other compatible cards and get the drivers for that card. Also it is still a good Idea if this doesn't resolve your problem to update your BIOS.

oh..
yes i am tired of searching tips for making my video card a bit better. i love to play counter strike 1.6. i get as a gift steam css, i tried it, i loved it, but the problem is, as much i configure it i can gain maximum 35fps in ~15people server in map without water... if i could overclock my gpu a bit then it would be no problem at all.. :(
