I have a Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500HD and I am not running a Peer-To-Peer aplication. See the Task Manager please.
Thanks!
Hola
This is my last shot... your Laptop is connected to the Internet with the Wireless, correct.
Ok, in task manager end any process that begins with igfx.
Also end "hkcmd.cmd", "STService.exe", "Snipping Tool.exe".
(These will all be back once you reboot.)
Go to device manager and disable your wireless internet adapter.
(This you will have to enable.)
Try a recording.
Good luck... I have a feeling it's more than one problem, the recorded glitch is different than the playback sound you were hearing on the other file which did not have a glitch.
Buena suerte Solock
I live near the US/Mexico border, are you in Central America (as it's called here).
