ATI Radeon 3650 not recognized by Windows

My ATI Mobility Radeon 3650 graphics card is not even recognized by Windows 7. My computer only recognizes one of the two built in graphics cards, and if I want full functionality for my graphics, I will need to figure out how to get it to recognize the card. Please help!

have you tried the mobile catylist drivers? if you give us a little more information on your laptop manf/model we may be able to help you further

Two possibilitie. a) you have not set it in the BIOS. b) you do not have the right driver which you can get from here ATI Catalyst? Mobility Display Driver

I have downloaded five different versions of the driver from ATI, so that's not it. How would I set it in the BIOS?

Steps to do that? I've got no idea how. A tutorial on BIOS setup would probably suffice, I can figure the rest out from there.

Well, I got my computer to recognize it, but I had to do it the hard way because a Windows Update crashed my computer and I had to reinstall 7. Can anyone tell me how to just make it my primary video driver? Preferably without using the BIOS... I don't want to risk screwing up my computer for another 2 days.

In the bios there are options for display. I know in mine there is VGA, PCIE, and PEG. I am unsure what PEG does.
