my internet isnt working either. When i want to use my phone's internet connection, windows 7 doesnt detect it as a modem. But linuxmint straight away detected my phone as a modem and i can share my phone's internet on my pc. Sometimes, windows is just not enough.

I know....I have looked and looked for it...

My avatar was changed at one point (not me willingly ) and for the life of me I have tried and tried to find it
