What would be the point? It cannot record faster than the show is being broadcast and it's unlikely that you intend to watch the show back at 200MB/s+....Unless you watch everything at 8x fast forward speeds.

I'd say the first part of your comment would be better... :D Looking here on Wiki [link], 1080i HD video only requires about 25Mbit/s, not really that much if you ask me...

Still, the speed of those SSD drives in RAID0 is amazing! I love the test they do with dropping the DVD out the window and copying from one array to another, but I can't decide if I like it more than the "look I can jump on a trampoline holding the drives" moment... :p Lol

I guess if we got to the time when the boxes could handle more than 2 simultaneous shows at one....I think uVerse might be 4...but that is the most I have seen.

They are much cheaper now then they used to be. Like everything the prices are dropping and will continue to do so. The performance difference with just 1 SSD is nothing to scoff at.
