Alright. Bear with me as I have a couple questions for you and a few things you can try.

Have you installed any new hardware recently? If so what was it?

What are you doing at the time this occurs?

A couple things I would consider doing first is running Chkdsk /R in a command prompt, Running MemTest86+ for 5-10 passses and if you have any negative results from either, let me know.

Also, update your graphics card, lan, wireless, and audio drivers to their latest stable versions and report back if that has had any success or failures as well.

Thanks!

Hi thanks for help. I have done chkdsk and memtest no errors. And as far as i know i have not installed any new hardware recently. The bsod occurs anytime even when the system is idle.

Like jonathan_king said we need the actual DMP files. See the link in his post for directions if you need them.

I suggest a memory test. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder. Boot from the CD, and run at least 5 passes.

If you are overclocking any hardware, stop.

If you don't know what overclocking is, you're not doing it. ;)

Overclocking - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

How long did you run Memtest for?

You should also run a torture test on your CPU. Download the appropriate version of Prime95 and let it run for a few hours.

nstokrnl.exe is reported for a lot of different BSOD errors. Your Error is of the 0x000000c5 type and in my experience is casued the most by a driver.

Update your drivers for your graphics, wireless, lan, sound, motherboard, etc, essentially everything you can to their latest versions and let us know.

Some programs report nsoskrnl as the cause because that was the last in the stack. That is a critical system file, and is highly unlikely to cause a BSOD. Any bugs in that file would be gotten out before the beta builds even.

I believe the cause of your BSOD is hardware. Usually either RAM or CPU.
