You're doing pretty good from what I can see, I think everyone will benefit from those instructions, I've seen them explained more than once in that thread.

Sergio. .. hi.. Ok.. when next I want to add a Sig.. after I see those( 2 Sig things with brackets ) in the box.. ( page).. I remove both of those then add the code you just said for me to us there instead... is that correct?
then save the changes ?
I should have a new Sig tag on my page ?

Just delete all the text that's currently in that box (inside your edit signature in your UCP) and put that in i typed. Then delete the spaces in the [] and [/] boxes

Thanks Kathryn, John's still not fully back to fitness his arms are a lot better but his knee is still giving him problems.
I'm a bit easier now the cramp has eased from my leg and I've stopped crying from the pain, oh well it's a new day tomorrow lets hope the sun shines again.

Today I'm going to see a beautiful lady, one I saw first time last week and fell completely in love. Luckily, my dear Angie accepts this new, developing love affair. In fact, she's encouraging me to take the next step.

The new love of mine is a bit younger than I am, she's only 34 years of age but does not look a day older than 21. Her name is not so nice at the moment, but if this love affair of ours goes any further, I'm going to officially change it to Bertha.

She is a beautiful, completely restored Westsail 32, one of not too many who have found their way to Europe; although born in the shores of North Sea, almost all of her sisters have moved to America and Caribbean Sea.
