That wasn't Photoshop, it was a program that adds extra OEM details that I found.

I just checked That's how (changed it to 7577 just to check and it's on the desktop) Now I have to find how to make it display something other than just "Evaluation Copy"

There is one slight difference between yours and the original 7115 image, note the Trade Mark symbols on the original.
