Disconnects with Windows 7 7077 [SOLVED]

Hey guys I noticed that I get an OS related internet disconnect every few hours for no reason, I THINK it's every time the computer gets out of sleep. I have to reset to fix it.

What may be the problem ?
Many thanks, good forum you have going here.

Hi Silencer, Welcome to the Forum.

Go to Device Manager, Network adaptors, right click on your adapter, select Properties, Power Management and make sure there is no tick in the top box.

I hope this helps
