Which Defragger to i believe?

Hi all just a quick one windows disk defragger shows one of my partitions as 0% fragmented but when i analyze the same partiton with defraggler its showing as 23% fraggmented which one do i believe?

I use Defraggler - File and Disk Defragmentation - Free Download

Both are correct. The two programs have different standards for fragmentation.
