Thanks all... just all the years of abuse and neglect catching up with me...

It caught up to me 2.5 years ago, so I know exactly what you mean.

Those two words hit me like a freight train about 21 years ago, positive thinking

and the will to live have let me exceed many expectations!

Agreed! I wish I could have had the willpower to stop all my naughty habits before that time 2.5 years ago, but the wake-up call I received then has done its job.

The normal hospital food will make him better in no time.
Time to hurry and get out there and have some decent food at home.

I've been to a Spanish hospital (on holiday and diabetes nearly got me in a coma ) and the food was wonderful! I wanted to stay there
