I just want to know which would be the most effectie and secure way to update my BIOS.
I registered my motherboard to xfxforce.com and at the download section I could find 2 Bios files, one is a BIN file and the other is an ISO file.
They don't explain anywhere how the installation is done.
When I go to amibios.com (The Bios that my mobo uses) it says to download AMIFLASH (which contains utilitites such as AFUDOS and AFUWIN).
They explain how to use this in conjuction with command prompt but they never mention BIN or ISO files.
I just want to be able to make a succesful update to my BIOS since my computer's been acting kind of weird and my technician told me that a BIOS update could solve the problem.
I have no 1.44mb floppy disc...
