Laggy interface of Windows 7!

The dealy when maximizing then clicking a second time to minimize it tiny. Less than 1/2 second and from the way it behaves it's likely that it's the double click threshold. I.e. if you click any faster your registering a single "doubl-click" with windows, not two "left clicks" so that's why it doesn't immediately close again if you click too fast.

I can't think of ANY possible reason why someone would need to maximize then minimize a window from/to the task bar in less than 1/2 second though. Or any reason to so agonize over it :/

Not sure I'm looking a tthe same thing with #2 though, not clear on exactly what that is describing.

So basically, you have nothing to contribute here. You just think I'm crazy for wanting it gone.

It's about input registration. To me, it's as though it's not registering my click. It throws me off momentarily. I'm used to XP. I like to work quickly.

How about if you click the wrong window. I'm quite fast. I notice I've clicked the wrong window sometimes before the delay is over and click it again to make it go down. It doesn't go down.

Or how about just checking windows? I like to check the tons of windows i have open, often. Aero peek sometimes isn't good enough. I don't need aero peek, double clicking would be so much faster, if I could do that. Understand?

Aero Peek is so tiny. I can hardly see what each window is. I'd rather double-click, it's what I'm used to. That is all.

No need to analyze why I want it gone.
