My Windows 7 Professional Log on screen has:
Press CTRL + Alt + Delete or use the Windows Security Button to log on.

I have looked everywhere and I can't find out how to get rid of the
"use the window security button to log on" part.

Can anyone help?

I am assuming you have a tablet pc? Either way, try these steps:

Go to Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Administrative Tools> Local Security Policy > Local Policies > Security Options
  1. Change Interactive logon: Do not require CTRL+ALT+DEL from "Not Defined" to "Enabled"
Close the window. Restart your computer.

I want to thank the people who have replied so far to my request for help.

However I can see that I failed to explain myself very well.

My system(s) are part of a domain and I need the interactive logon. But I only want the Ctrl + Alt + Delete portion.

When I joined the system to the network(domain) the inteactive logon shows:
"Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete or Use the Windows Security Buttton".

I need just to keep the "Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete" and get rid of the "use Window Security Button".

Thanks

I have figured out why the use Windows security button was appearing in the log in screen. My computers are going into our art classroom and they use a Wacom tablet and pen. I had downloaded the latest drivers
and I uninstalled the drivers from add and remove programs - restarted and the windows security button part is now gone. And the Wacom tablet and pen still work.

Thanks everyone
