Still nothing wrong I can see ,We'll try to catch this error in a bit different way.

Again run Process Monitor and task manager (in task enable "show all processes for all users"),try to create system health report,when it return error (don't close any window!) go task manager find perfmon.exe process right click on it and choose "save as dump file",save anywhere,save also log in Process Monitor as *.PML format,pack all,upload on rapidshare and give me URL addresses to uploaded files.

I don't know,prepare logs which I asked you -nothing to loose...

No.Probably I tracked incorrect file,it should tracked process with that is problem (not with higher process) - previous it was tracked mmc.exe and shouldbe perfmon.exe -thus I need DMP file from perfmon.exe,because many processes ID are only temporary per session (not pernamently constant) I need new log from Process Monitor too -both *.PML and *.DMP must be done in the same session.

There are couple strange things to verify,this time PM detected some problems with permissions,let's check it:


1.Empty the whole C:\Windows\Temp folder (delete all files and subfolder in this folder,if you will have any problems with it,then do that in safe mode)

2.I attached to post with original permissions for HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WBEM\CIMOM key.Please download it and place on your desktop:

Next run cmd.exe with elevated previlliges (right click on cmd.exe as admin) and type:

setacl -on "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WBEM\CIMOM" -ot reg -actn restore -bckp "%userprofile%\Desktop\Cimreg.txt"

press ENTER

next restore permissions for C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile ,also reported by PM

setacl -on "C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile" -ot file -rec cont_obj -actn ace -ace "n:Administrators;p:full" -ace "n:System;p:full" -ace "n:bry;p:full"

press ENTER

Warning:

I saw in your log your account folder is C:\Users\bry -probably "bry" is also your account name if it's another correct last my command

3.I saw in your log some queries for C:\autorun.inf,D:\autorun.inf - hard to say from log these objects exist in your system or not...Do you have any such kind of objects in your system on any partition?Check it by using any good 3p file manager i.e Total Commander,explorer may not see these files...
