Reset Media Center to default settings

Is there a way to reset 7MC without a reinstall of Windows? I removed some menu items using a separate utility, and now that I have a TV tuner I'd like to restore them.

However, I can't get this same utility to restore the menu items. So I'd just like to restore everything back to the default.

Any suggestions please?

You can reset Windows Media Center back to defaults somewhere in under Tasks.

But I have also tried a utility called Fixwin from The Windows Club. It includes a lot of things that can fix problems with Windows and it has the ability to sort of reset Windows Media Center. Get it from here:

You could turn it off in features, Then turn it back on again.
