How many internal hard drives (HD) are connected to your system? 2 (1x250G, 1x1TB. OS to be installed on 250G drive)
Are they IDE or SATA? Both SATA, but configured as IDE (Enhanced) in BIOS.
How many DVD drives are connected to your system? 1xLG4166 DVD Drive
Are they IDE or SATA Drives? DVD Drive is IDE
Any external HDs used? None
Are they connected by USB or eSATA? Not Applicable
Check Disk Management for any HDs listed with a yellow triangle and explanation point? All Clear, 100% ready
Is this a New Clean HD? No
Have you pre-formatted the HD? No, though have hit "Format" from the Advanced Options in the install process.

I have read through all the threads, spent many hours trying the numerous 'fixes', still to no avail. Next thing to try is to remove the second HDD.
Any other suggestions/assistance will be grealty appreciated.
