A Google search for a particular type of software in 64 bits mostly gives me useless results leading to a page listing what I want in 32 bit plus things I do NOT want in 64 bits.
I find it very much easier to forget Google and go to this extensive source of software with everything in 64 bits.

regarding firefox x64, i think the best one is Waterfox Waterfox | Download

i have tried many x64 builds but this is the best
no addon compatibility problems what so ever
runs with firefox and that too with your firefox profile!!!
much faster startup times and a bit faster page load times

give it a try

The executable may be 32-bit but it creates a 64-bit one when run in 64-bit systems.
The 64-bit executable deletes when procexp closes.

It doesn't add a new firewall, but it gives you more control over the firewall in Windows 7. Personally, I don't use it. It seems unnecessary.


EDIT: I take that back. A search on the forums shows that it does install another firewall. I don't know the difference between the two though.

EDIT: I take back my edit as well. The search I put into the forums is showing topics that say it gives you more control over the native firewall. I don't know whether it adds a firewall, gives you more control over the native firewall, or does both now since I'm getting conflicting info.
