I have been trying to create the boot disk of dart and it keeps failing after expanding the files it fails when it tries to delete the files after that phase is complete.

I like the ISO idea, never thought of that, saves me the effort of digging out the original install cd.
I made the Dart cd (doesn't need to be on a dvd its way small enough for a cd) tested it and it ran beautifuly.
Then I took the iso and extracted the boot.wim and renamed it to winre.wim and then moved it to the c:\Recovery folder after renaming the originial to wimre.wim.old
then I rebooted and pressed F8 and it came up just as if it was booting from the cd.
now to figure out how to add additional apps to the wimre.wim
the docs say you can do it, but are extreamly poor on saying how, exactly
