    xhetjcvy.dll?

There's this virus that attaches itself to processes, like to explorer.exe, firefox.exe, etc. How do i remove it? The file is located in c:\windows\system32\xhetjcvy.dll. Please help!

Hello there. I just read that Super Anti Spyware detect and also delete this spyware.
So download and install SAS. Run a full scan and tell us if SAS found it.

    Upload File for testing

Please go to jotti.org or Virustotal

Copy/paste this file and path into the white box at the top:
    c:\windows\system32\xhetjcvy.dll
Press Submit - this will submit the file for testing.
Please wait for all the scanners to finish then copy and paste the permalink (web address) in your next response.

As some people have suggested, try SAS because they detect this threat as you can see here.
Scan and see if it detected it, if it did, remove it; if not, start the PC in Safe Mode and go to:
    c:\windows\system32\xhetjcvy.dll
and delete the file manually. Then run another scan in both, AV and Superantispyware.

The file is a threat, it is actually really popular, and dangerous too. No need to scan it with VirusTotal

Yes, I am aware that it is a malicious file. I was hoping to get more information regarding the nature of the threat.

There is not enough info to know its "nature" but you can click here for more info.
