Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Back to using ThreatFire again as they released a new beta. You can find it in the PC Tools forum quite easily.

Seems to be pretty solid so far and my previous problems with it seem to have been fixed.

So now I'm back to using ESS and ThreatFire and the two seem to work pretty well together.

What's the version number? I want to see if mine updated automatically.

EDIT: Never mind. No auto update beta versions. Got new version running fine.

Threatfire - any good?
Just wondering where PCTools ThreatFire belongs, on this list, or the Anti-Malware seems to work well in combination with MSE, but I don't think it would be suited to be a stand-alone program. Good lists, tw33k!

Why does PCTools ThreatFire slow down my PC?
I have recently discovered PCTools ThreatFire (ThreatFire AntiVirus - Behavioral Virus and Spyware Protection). This is a great program, I now use it on all my PCs bundled with Microsoft Security Essentials. However, I installed it on my new laptop, an ASUS UL20A-A1 with Windows 7 Home Premium...

Threatfire works in x64
Threatfire is x64 compatible - just a heads up. Only annoyance is that if you want to open up the main windows it takes around 5-10sec. Otherwise, a solid addition to whatever security suite you are now using. Norton 360 isn't complaining either. Uninstalled it. Updates seem wonky.
