Windows 7 Starter - change themes in HP mini netbook?

Is there a way or a program that can help me change the themes in my HP mini netbook? Please help me, I've already find a way to change the background and enable the dvd playback on my netbook, but I can't find a way to change the themes. Thanks in advance. :o

Welcome to the forum MaryJo,

To be honest, there's really no way to change themes other than using anytime

upgrade to Home Premium, any attempt to do so will just lead to frustration, at the least.

Windows 7 Starter Limitations?
