In Services I had to set Disk Defragmenter to Automatic (Delayed Start) and start the service and that seemed to get it to run at it's scheduled time. Or maybe it would have run anyway.
After it ran everything is still 0% fragmented. I wouldn't say this computer has been run hard but I've installed programs and removed some too. Done quite a few system restores and have 70Gb of data so I would expect some fragmentation. But as has been explained Win 7 DF works a bit different and ignores larger files so maybe that's why.
