0x00000124 after clean install

hello,
I am in need of diagnosing this BSOD I am not too sure what could be causing it.

Thing I have tried are:
Reapply thermal paste
cleaned all the inside of the tower
have done 2 clean installs of windows 7
chkdsk, sfc/scannow and did a windows memory check and all came clean.

I am running windows 7 64bit pro

I have just now noticed that I get the BSOD more often when i use vso convertxtodvd

I have added a pic from a software that helps with BSOD I have no clue on how to read it but hope it helps out.

In which case your Windows install is counterfeit as you have an ACER OEM PID on your retail motherboard.

Counterfeit installations such as yours can contain heavily modified code that can cause the installation to behave it unexpected ways. Analysing BSODs and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is completely unreliable, and for this reason most analysts won't attempt it.

My recommendation is to install a genuine copy of Windows 7. This will minimise the problems you are experiencing and make subsequent diagnosis of BSODs far more reliable. Once you are running a genuine Windows 7 installation and are still experiencing BSODs, upload your new logs we will be happy to help you solve them.

Damn craigslist seller...lucky i do have a legit win7 disc that had came with a broken laptop from ebay. i will try that key out and see if that makes a difference.
