Ive recently bought this computer and for some reason I continue to obtain the BSOD error 0x000001D and 0x3d these are the only two I have encountered so far and they both come up when I am ether

1- Playing tera online (Which my comp is fully capable of handling)

2- Watching videos ( I doesn't happened automatically but after a while of watching a couple it goes berserk and goes BSOD)

3- Exiting from a game (Tera mostly gives me this)

I have so far cleaned my comp aswell as upgraded my graphics card ( I don't know why but when I go to the amd website to upgrade my graphics card it upgrades my Graphics to 2013 but when I try to upgrade it through "upgrade drivers +devices" it drops to 2011) I still have not

1- Removed my memory stick/s ( I have no experience in this and do not wish to mess up my computer more than it already is unless someone can give me a thorough walk through)

2- Removed my graphics card (All I tried to do was upgrade it)

I have ran memory test and chkdsk /r /f etc but it finds nothing. I don't know what to do anymore my crashed usually have DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL aswell as ntoskrnl.exe+75c00 and Ntfs.sys+eed18 Please help I really want to fix this comp. (I tried setting my comp back to factory settings but that does nothing to help)

You need to be patient. People here live at different time zones, have other things to do and it is not very easy to answer all technical threads in such a short span of time.

Crashes indicate Norton being a possible cause. Remove Norton and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials to see if it provides more stability. Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software. Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes are recommended from a strict BSOD perspective. They do not cause blue screens on the system as other AV products do.

   Information
  • :warn: Do not start the free trial of MalwareBytes, unselect that option when prompted.

AMD OverDrive
Code:
AODDriver2.sys Thu Apr 5 15:23:37 2012
(AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center. This driver is known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems. Please uninstall all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program. Then, download (but DO NOT install) a fresh copy of the ATI drivers from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD (in the upper right corner of the page) Use this procedure to install the DRIVER ONLY: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure

If the device (AODDriver or AODDriver4.01) remains a problem, open Device Manager, select the "View" item. Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section. Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Uninstall". Reboot for changes to take affect. Sometimes the driver remains and continues to cause BSOD's.

Perform a clean install of ATI video drivers: AMD Graphics Drivers & Software

ATI Video driver (remove the Catalyst Control Center and only install the Display Driver)

just wondering I have a speaker that only has one speaker because my dog chewed up the other. Is it safe or not to plug it back into my comp and still use it? or should I buy a fresh new speaker?

Feed the dog properly so that he does not try to eat inedible stuff :)

About the speaker, if you are not ready to get the stereo output, you may use the chewed up speaker, or otherwise get a new one.

It "Did not find any security Violations" I will continue and see if anything is yet to go wrong and will try to run Tera. I will get back in an hour or so as tera crashes only after and hour or more of play.

A broken or chewed up speaker will not give you BSODs. But Tera itself is problematic in most of the cases. If it is not better anyhow after following what koolkat77 suggested, better you contract the game developer. Probably they have game patches or settings advice which will let you run the game good.

I see, I just finished playing right now so im going to sit and wait to see if my comp goes berserk also when I start up my comp it does some weird buzzy like appearance when it starts almost like a messed up t.v. channel do you know what that is and how to fix it?

Funny thing is though I do not get BSOD while playing my other games such as Vindictus but still I have to play the waiting game now :|

At first make it sure that all the HDDs are screwed tight with the case.

I think koolkat77 will also agree with me at that point. :p
