Daily BSODs while playing games, watching youtube and browsing interne

Hello,

I am having daily BSOD's, sometimes multiple times a day, sometimes I can go up to a week without one. This is a problem that persisted for months, through multiple reformats and even hardware changes.
There does not seem to be any particular thing that causes it, I've had them while playing games, watching movies, browsing the internet, and even doing nothing at all.

I have run sfc /scannow multiple times with no errors reported. I have run chkdsk, which fixed reported some errors and fixed them, but seems to have no effect on the problem.

I have updated my BIOS, updated all my drivers multiple times, run memtest on all of my RAM with no errors reported, and done everything that I can think of to diagnose the problem on my own, all with no luck.

A new symptom has developed recently, which I don't know if its related or not. I have been unable to stay in my BIOS setup screen for longer than 30 seconds without getting kicked out.

I have included the DM log collected data in this post as instructed, please let me know if there is any other information required.
