0xc00000e9 Cant start my computer

I don't have a disk it was pre installed! I keep getting the msg " Windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device to your computer. This error can be caused by unplugging a removable storage device such as an external USB drive while the device is in use, or by faulty hardware such h as a hard drive or cd-rom drive that is failing. Make sure any removable storage is properly connected and then restart your computer. If you continue to receive this error message, contact the hardware manufacturer.

Also my computer is making a clicking sound , please can anyone help?

A clicking noise almost always indicates a possible hard drive failure about to happen.
It sounds like it already has.

You might try this method here to get your files copied over to an external hard drive:

If it fails to see your C drive, (Your main Hard Drive), this means the drive is likely failed and cannot be read, meaning you lost your data on that pc. This is why its always important to back up your data.

You can then contact Toshiba and find out if your product is under warranty. If it still is, send it in after coping your files as they will give you a new hard drive. You can also request recovery disks from them to reinstall windows.

If its no longer under warranty, you can purchase a new laptop hard drive and re-install windows on it.
