Error Code 0xC004E003 usually occurs when product activation fails. If you were trying to activate your copy of Windows 7 you may want to try telephone support.

1. Click Start, and in the Search box type : slui.exe 4
2. Press ENTER on your Keyboard
3. Select your Country.
4. Select the Phone Activation option, and hold on for a real person.

For what version and edition of Windows is the machine licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case (or inside the battery compartment)?
